RULES, NOT FEELINGS
Four independent strategies watch BTC, ETH, XRP and SOL around the clock. When a signal comes they buy; when the trend breaks they step back into cash. Your money stays in your own exchange account. You just check the results.

Backtest on Binance spot data, BTC 5 : ETH 3 : XRP 1, 0.08% fee (with 20% fee discount) + 0.05% slippage per trade. Counted from Jan 2018 to Oct 2026 instead: about 49% / yr. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
"Neul" is Korean for "always". neulquant makes the same disciplined decision every hour of every day, so you don't have to watch charts.
At the top of every hour the four strategies check their signals and trade only by their rules. No selling in fear, no buying in greed, no missed moves while you sleep.
We connect with an API key that cannot withdraw. Nothing is sent to neulquant. Pause or take your money out whenever you want.
4 strategies × 4 coins = 16 slots, each with its own job. When one stumbles, the others hold the line.
Spot only, no leverage. When the trend turns, the bot sells and waits in USDT instead of riding the market down.
01
On Binance, Bybit, Bitget or OKX: spot trading only, locked to our server IPs. Withdrawals stay off, so the bot can trade but can never move funds out.
02
We check the key's permissions before saving it, and store it encrypted. A key that can withdraw is refused.
03
Seconds after each hourly candle closes, it decides and places market orders. You watch, pause or withdraw any time.
Each strategy has a different temperament, so they win and lose at different times. Combined, the deepest fall in nine years was −37%, against −87% for simply holding the same coins.
Strategy A
Follows the big picture. Few trades, long holds.
Strategy B
Moves when many signals agree, and scales down when markets turn rough.
Strategy C
Buys sharp drops in steps, sells the rebound. Active when the others rest.
Strategy D
Catches fresh highs in an uptrend, sits in cash otherwise.

XRP before May 4, 2018 uses Bitstamp XRP/USD hourly prices. The test starts in a strong bull market (late 2017). Counted from January 2018 to October 2026 instead, the managed setup still returns about 49% a year, against 15% for buy & hold.
Your account is split into 16 slots: 4 strategies on each of 4 coins. Slots share one pool of cash, so idle money and profits from one slot fund the next opportunity. In the backtest this added about 12 points a year over running each slot separately (65.2% against 52.9%).
12.5%
Target of each BTC slot (50% of the account over 4 strategies). ETH slots 7.5%, XRP and SOL slots 2.5%.
Sized on today's value
A new entry is sized on the whole account as it is now, including open profits, so the account keeps compounding.
Levelled, never lopsided
If cash runs short, the slots furthest above their target are trimmed evenly, never below target. One winner can't take over the account.
Deposits and withdrawals
New money waits as cash and joins at the next entries. A withdrawal uses cash first, then trims the same way.
Within seconds of every full hour. Signals are computed only from candles that have fully closed, the same way the backtest does, so live trading follows the tested rules.
1 · close
The hourly candle closes
Fresh prices for BTC, ETH, XRP and SOL arrive from the exchange.
2 · decide
16 signals are decided
Once for everyone. Each account's slots are then updated by the money-management rules.
3 · trade
One market order per coin
Moves of the same coin are netted, so you pay one fee instead of several. Sells go first, then buys.
if needed
Safe retries
A failed order is retried within minutes. Each retry first checks whether the order already went through, so nothing is bought twice.

Balance check
Your books are matched against your real exchange balances, so new deposits start working within the hour. Your dashboard always shows the live balance.
A bot can't always buy at the exact opening price, and the bigger the order, the further it reaches into the order book. So every backtest charges 0.05% slippage on top of the full 0.1% spot fee.
Even with $50 million running on one exchange, a single Bitcoin entry is about $6.25 million. On the order book shown, buying everything up to $80,650 (about $6.6 million) fills at an average of $80,606: 0.035% above the $80,578 price. Our 0.05% assumption is the harsher one.
That is also why the coin split is 5 : 3 : 1 : 1. The deepest, steadiest market gets the most money; thinner books get less, so growth never outruns liquidity.
Futures fees are half of spot. But long positions pay funding, and neulquant holds longs exactly when funding is highest: in bull markets. Run on the same signals with no leverage, futures lost to spot by 10 points a year.

Keys with withdrawal, transfer, margin or futures rights are rejected when you connect. Your funds can only be traded spot, inside your own account.
The key only works from neulquant's fixed IP addresses. A copied key is useless anywhere else.
Secrets are encrypted before they are stored and never shown again, including to us.
Pause the bot here, or delete the key on your exchange: trading stops immediately and everything stays where it is.
A NOTE FROM THE FOUNDER
I first bought crypto in 2017, when Bitcoin was racing towards $20,000. Since then I've had winning stretches and losing ones, but overall, I lost. Some people read charts brilliantly. I didn't: greed, bad timing and high leverage got me liquidated more than once.
Losing to something you can't even see hurt my pride. Looking back, what ruined my trades was emotion. So I set out to build a trading bot that has none, and spent the last few years researching strategies. neulquant is the result, and I held it to five rules the whole way.
— Sunwoo Lee, founder
A short can be liquidated even without leverage. We only buy.
We don't drop a coin because a backtest disliked it. The 5 : 3 : 1 : 1 split follows order-book depth and price stability, not past returns.
Full spot fees plus 0.05% slippage, filled at the next candle's open, drawdowns shown. A real $6.6M Bitcoin market buy on the order book cost only about 0.035%.
On futures, ETH fell 51% in a day (Mar 12, 2020) and XRP 58% (Oct 10, 2025). Even 2× would have been wiped out.
Holding long in futures costs funding. On our signals it cut returns from 57.6% to 47.5% a year.

No. The API key you create has withdrawals switched off and only works from our servers. We can place spot orders; moving funds out of your exchange account is impossible.
Binance today, spot market only. Bybit, Bitget and OKX are coming soon. The strategies and coin split are the same on every exchange.
Enter an amount and the bot frees that much USDT, selling evenly from the largest positions if cash is short. Then you withdraw it from your exchange yourself.
Most strategies move to cash. In 2018 and 2022 buy & hold lost 79% and 65%; the backtest lost 8% and 19%.
There is no hard minimum, but we suggest $2,000 or more. Below about $2,000 some small orders fall under the exchange's minimum order size and are skipped.
