1. The service

neulquant runs automated trading strategies on your own spot exchange account through an API key you create. We place spot market orders in BTC, ETH, XRP and SOL against USDT. We never hold your funds and cannot withdraw or transfer them.

2. Your account and key

You must be of legal age and allowed to use crypto exchanges where you live. You create the API key, keep withdrawals and transfers switched off, and may delete the key at any time on your exchange, which stops the service immediately. Keep your login details private.

3. No advice, no guarantee

neulquant is software, not investment, legal or tax advice. Backtested results are simulated and do not guarantee future returns. You may lose some or all of the money in your account. You decide whether to use the service and how much to put in.

4. Subscription

The service costs $99 per month until December 31, 2027 and $149 per month from January 1, 2028, paid in advance in crypto for 1, 3 or 12 months. There is no automatic renewal. When paid time runs out the bot keeps trading for 3 more days and then stops placing new orders; your positions stay in your account. Payments are not refundable except where the law requires it.

5. Exchange risks and outages

Exchanges, networks and our servers can fail. Orders may be delayed, partly filled, skipped below the exchange minimum or filled at a worse price than expected. We are not responsible for exchange actions, fees, account restrictions or losses caused by events outside our control.

6. Pausing and stopping

You can pause the bot, free USDT for a withdrawal or remove the key at any time. We may suspend the service for abuse, legal reasons or to protect users, and will tell you by email when we can.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
