What we store
Your email address, a scrambled (hashed) version of your password, your exchange API key and secret encrypted at rest, the bot's records of your account (orders, balances it read, account value each hour), and your payment records. We do not ask for your name, ID documents or exchange password.
How we use it
Only to run the service: logging you in, placing your orders, showing your dashboard, handling payments and contacting you about your account. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who sees it
Your exchange receives your orders through your key. NOWPayments processes subscription payments. Our server provider hosts the encrypted data. Nobody else, unless the law requires it.
Keeping and deleting
We keep your data while your account is open. Email us to close your account; we then delete your key straight away and the rest within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.
Cookies
One cookie keeps you logged in. No tracking or advertising cookies.
